La struttura, creata in una masseria del 1700, vi offre la possibilità di soggiornare nella quiete della campagna, passeggiare all’aria aperta nel suo meraviglioso giardino e ammirare la bellezza degli ulivi secolari da cui è circondata.

La masseria è coronata da 5 ettari di uliveto e mandorleto , lontana dal caos e dall’inquinamento della città, dista tuttavia soli 8 km dalla bellissima Monopoli e dalla esclusiva Polignano a Mare, a 6 km da Castellana, famosa per le sue grotte, a 7 km da Conversano la città del Giaquinto, a 45 km dall’aeroporto di Bari-Palese e a 70 km da quello di Brindisi, 70 km. da Matera .

Tutte le unità sono munite di ingresso privato ed accesso Wi-Fi gratuito. 

A disposizione degli ospiti è presente un comodo parcheggio interno, compreso nel costo del soggiorno.

L’acqua erogata è completamente potabile e l’intera struttura è alimentata da energia solare. Su richiesta è possibile organizzare uscite in barca a motore , escursioni in fuoristrada, visite guidate . 

The structure, created in an ancient masseria from 1700, offers several possibilities, such as stay in the peace and quiet of the countryside, walk around in open air in it’s majestic garden and admire the beauty of the secular olive trees the masseria is surrounded by.

The masseria is encompassed in 5 hectares of olive trees and almond trees.

All the rooms are served with personal private access and free Wi-Fi service. On tap of the guests, there is a big internal parking, included in the stay’s price.

The water from the tap is completely drinkable, and the whole structure is alimented by solar energy.
